HP Recommended
Product: LaserJet Pro M404dw
Operating System: Other

When attempting to connect the printer to a wireless network, the list of available networks incorrectly shows my network as unsecured, hence it does not ask for the password. Printer then is unable to connect to this network.

Thoughts on how to get the HP software to correctly recognize the network as having a password?

I have tried the HP software on Windows 10, MacOS, iPadOS and iPhone -- all have same problem.

I have update the printer firmware and performed a factory reset.
