Product: HP LaserJet M1S36·dnf MFP)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Printer works. Cannot connect to scanner most of the time. Running HP Smart troubleshooter fails to complete. Asks to try again and check network. Network connection is via Ethernet cable.
UPDATE (9/1/19): Problem solved with latest version (May, 2019) version of HP Print and Scan Doctor and associated drivers/software.
