HP Recommended
Product: HP 2135
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I'm installing HP 2135 driver on my Macbook Pro using HP Smart (recommended by HP easy start). HP Smart couldn't find my printer, it says USB not connected to printer. But I can see my printer on my mac system report. How to fix this?

 

FYI the printer works on my Windows 10 PC.
