Product: HP Officejet 9015
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Smart app on my Windows 10 computer won't open.  I have an HP Officejet 9015.  It opens briefly, with a spinner showing on the page, then the window just closes with no indication of what went wrong.  I've tried repairing it and resetting it.  No change.  Rebooted many times throughout this, no change.  I've tried to uninstall HP Smart, but Windows won't let me -- it tell me I can't, with an error code.  I've tried to install again from the Windows Store.  It either tells me it is already installed, or gets partway through a download and then says there was an error.  This used to work.  I don't know when it stopped working, because I don't use it often, but wanted to use it to do a scan today.
