Product: Officejet Pro 9010
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello,

 

When I first installed my 9010 HP smart seemed to work fine, but I had to move my printer to a new router (in order to stop printer Spam) and a lot of functions disappeared. I tried to open HP Smart, but now it just crashes. I have tried the following:

 

Moving back to the old router.

Switching both Computer and printer to another WiFi

Deleted HP Smart and looked in Library/Application support to delete files and emptied trash (multiple times)

Updated OSX to Monterey and checked the firmware on the printer for the latest version.

 

Any suggestions? At this point i'd be very happy if someone could point me to the actual driver for the printer. I am able to print, I am able use the scanner, but I have only the most basic options available to me.
