HP Recommended
Designjet T1100

Customer Installed OEM New Matte Black/Yellow Printhead (had yellow banding) and when the machine attempted to prepare the system it required the Matte Black Ink to be replaced (it had only 1ml of ink). Customer replaced the Matte Black Ink Cartridge (OEM New / 2020 Date) & the Machine rejected this Cartridge. Once onsite I checked the Cartridge & it had an expiration date of Jan 1, 1970. Thinking this was a chip issue, I installed another OEM New Cartridge out of the box with a 2020 date code & the machine rejected this one too, with the same 1970 Date. I have attemted a total of 4 cartridges with the same results.

Any & All Help is appreciated!
