T130
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I recently acquired a new T130 which will be used for printing from a Mac laptop on High Sierra 10.13.6 OS...I am using Pages version 9...and alternately MS Word version 16 to produce large poster prints in 24" widths...the T130 refuses to print 24" wide format from the roll and sends this screen alert "Poster1 requires to be printed on multi-sheet tray but the printer is currently using roll.  Please choose among these options"...which if course is "Print anyway"..."Cancel Job"...or "Use tray"...if I choose "Print Anyway" it just prints the far left edge of the poster on the roll...about 8" wide...I have double checked that both software projects are created on 24"X36" paper settings...printer is set on "D size Arch" paper...but the T130 continues to ignore the paper size settings on the projects...and the paper size settings on the Mac "Print" screen  which is designated as T130 printer and D size Arch paper...this issue has taken hours of my time to resolve without a solution...there must be a way to stop this defaulting to the multi-sheet tray...THANKS in advance for a solution!
