Product: Laserjet M404Dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I have seen several threads on this with no responses.  Randomly some devices flag in a warning state for tray 1 being empty.  Clearly, no one keeps paper in tray 1.  So, I need to know how to supress error in WJA or what config setting to change on devices to supress it sending the error.  I have about 2500 devices and climbing.
