I do not get any error codes.  I have tried cleaning the printhead several times and printhead recover several times.  The print starts to look better for one or two pages and then regresses back to square one.  I have removed the duplex/ink well and took it apart.  removed the pads and cleaned and dryed them.  Removed the cleaned the roller and wiper blade.  The pages are clean but the problem remains the same.  There was mention of putting the printer on its back and doinga printhead recovery.  Is this wise.   Will ink drip down inside the printer?  Mention was made to saturate a paper with water and put it under the printhead for a minute or so.  Removing the scanner and the covers is not a 5 minute job.  Are the possiblitlies that this will solve the problem?  What is the worse case scenerio?  Replace the Printbar or trash the printer?

I have included samples and the Print Quality Report below.X576 Printer Status Report-1.jpgX576 Printer Status Report-2.jpgX576 Print Quality Report-1.jpg
