I'm really hoping someone can help.

Just in the last 48 hours when I submit jobs to print the colours are dark and oversaturated when they arrive in the job queue.

I am able to view a preview in the queue and see that the colours are totally different for a job now than when submitting the same print job 48 hours earlier (prior to the problem)

This is regardless of whether I use Mac 10.14 (or 10.11 or 10.7) or Windows 10, USB or ethernet connection, on a network or directly connected.

I'm guessing it's a firmware issue but have no idea. Obviously I've switched everything on and off many times.

I have attached a photo showing the same file submitted to the printer twice. The image on the left is how it should look and was submitted before the problem arose. The image on the right shows how, when submitted now, the colours have corrupted. This is happening with all files (Jpeg or PDF).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Left is good. Right is bad.Left is good. Right is bad.
