Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP running on Windows 10. I found recently that the HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP software has stopped working. When launch it, after the UAC, it runs the printer setup & Software dialog. When continuing from this point (or any of the troubleshooting software that HP has provided) the result is always the same. I cannot find the printer. This device has had a static address since initially unboxed.

 

The printer ultimately had to be added manually, using TCP/IP. Since this software cannot find my printer (either wireless or by USB) I have limited scanning available as the HP Officejet Pro X476dw MFP does not work. I am unable to manage scan to PC and the PC is no longer listed on the printer.  The HP SMART software woks, but Really looks like a fancy version of the Embedded Web Server, and does not appear to offer much more.
