Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’ve bought HP products consistently since the mid 1980s, but I am DONE WITH HP.  You think your new “regional” ink cartridge scam will fool customers into thinking it is “helping” customers? HOW STUPID DO WE LOOK?  Why is your company leadership insisting on driving it into the ground?  Thank god I don’t own your stock. I have NEVEr nor would I EVER buy ink from some third party.  I thought I’d get the top quality ink. But NOW I can’t even find an ink cartridge from HP itself that works in my printer I have had for about two years!!!!???!!  Now those of us who bought ink in advance to make sure we had it when we ran out only find out it “doesn’t work with our machine??”  What the heck?  So it is too late to return it so we are out over $100 bucks.  PLUS, I’ve gone to local stores like Office Depot to buy replacements and even THOSE don’t work.  You have to look on the FINE PRINT to HOPEFULLY find which cartridge to buy and good luck figuring that out!!!??!!  You don’t have the information on the packaging or on your website or in a commercial or any **bleep** place that tells us HOW TO PICK A CARTRIDGE THAT WORKS WITH OUR MACHINE!!!

That is it.  I’m done.  I’m now FOREVER going with Epson and Kodak and other companies that are going in the OPPOSITE direction from HP and working to give their customers a break on ink costs.

I’m pleased to be married to a lawyer because this looks ripe for a class action lawsuit.  I’d buy into that one, for sure.
