Product: LAPTOP-GKV015H6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP laptop and I remember it using google and for apps was google I then started using my Microsoft accounts and now its running everything in Microsoft. I continued to use my HP laptop and for apps or downloads it said I was in windows 10 s mode so I just wanted to see what would happen or if its good or bad to switch out and now that I'm switched a lot of things aren't working right. so I don't kn0w how to go back I don't want to loose anything in my laptop
