HP Recommended
Product: HP officejet pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to replace one of the inktcartridges, and this is normally done by hitting the button "replace" on the screen. the cartridge should move to the open location normally, but it stays stuck at the right side. Restarting the printer does not help. Does anyone know what to do?
