Hello,
I have a big problem. In my company I create subnets vlan (192.168.100.0/24) on router and switch port. Printer have 192.168.100.11 ip adress. My computer ip address is 192.168.1.10. I connected the printer to the appropriate port. I can ping and print from primary subnets (192.168.1.0/24). I can`t acccess to printer on web service. Browser ask me about admin login and password but later nothing happens. Printer should send email with attachment (pdf). Sends but pdf zero size. Sending to email or network resources. I add that when printer is a primary subnets and my computer also, evrything work excellent. Please help me.
