Product: HP ENVY 5530 ALL IN ONE PTINTER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP ENVY 5530  e-all-in One Printer purchased in 2014. Will not connect to my computer.  This has happened before but has been a good I can't printer.  My current wi-f-i provider is Xfinity  and they have installed a new modem a few days ago. I don't know of this is a factor or not. .  i  have run the HP diagnostic program and it shows I have 4 devices  listed in my computer and they are all HP ENVY 5530. I have  tried connecting each one and non worked.  I used the wireless setup wizard that is on the printer and had no luck connecting there.

I am wondering if I should keep trying to get help from HP as all I seem to get is their virtual agent .  Would contacting Xfi!nity make more sense>  I did turn off the new router for a short time and back on - also the printer.

I need my printer so would appreciate any comments!  Thanks.
