The printer is stopping on  Tray 1 [ screen output reads ( loading tray, Plain paper)] and proceeding to Tray 2.   The only way to get printer respond to initial instruction is to manually invoke the Go button.   I  have done to the following troubleshooting procedures :

 1. Reload  load  & configure  drivers  from pcl 5 to  PCL 6

 2. Turn off the  Tray 1 from software configuration

 3.  Pointing printer to directly to  Tray 2 from software setting.

 4. Set to  printer  paper configuration to "Letter"

I  have never seen this problem before. Can anyone tell help me in correcting this error.Thank you
