Product: HP Envy photo 7134
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Am having problems trying to scan photos from the scanner into Paint Shop Pro8 on my desktop computer (using Windows 7). If I scan first then try to link to PSP I get a message saying that it is busy. I then have to close down my computer and start all over again because I can't remove the message.
