HP Recommended
Product: HP Smart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Went to the microsoft store and downloded the software.  When I click on 'Install on my devices', a window comes up, and all I get is the little spinning dots. Left for three hours with know reults.
