Product: designjet z6100 60 inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hey you guys, 

 

I'm extremely frustrated with my Z6100. I bought 3 new cartridges: 2 from HP of the 91 Vivera Magenta, and the Light Magenta. I also bought a "refurbished" rom the company I bought the printer from (legit company, not some fly-by-night). So, I go throught the front screen and change the ink cartridges. The yellow is accepted right away, no problem. However, neither the M or the LM will acept. It says "cartridge missing" and "cartridge needs reseated" . I've done all that I know how to do, any help would be appreciated. THanks y'all.
