Product: HP6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have not used my printer in a long time.

 

I turned it on and it wouldn't print, so I went to the Maintenance screen and pressed the buttons for "Clean Printhead" and "Align Printhead".

As soon as I press the button, it goes to the screen with a spinning wheel for .25 seconds and comes back to the screen where I would press the button for "Clean Printhead".

 

It will not print.  If I tell it to print, it says to clean the printhead, but it won't let me do that.    I replaced the ink cartridge and still nothing.

 

Please help,
