The title says it all:
My HP8025 will not print Red or Blue, AFTER Cleaning Print Heads and running print report.

 

I have done four "levels" of printer head cleaning, installed brand new HP ink cartridges and completed a "print report". The only colors that generate are black and yellow. Not a drop of red or blue. I have never used after market ink. 

What should I do now?

An older post addressed similar concerns, but it did NOT say what to do if the problem continues.
