HP Recommended
LENOVO E530 to M402DW via HPEprint
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i cloud print via HPEprint to my office printer which is used for labels, the printing on the labels is always misaligned. For example the printing starts halfway down the label and throws all other labels out of sync.

Solutions i have tried include: changing the label settings/dimension (by measuring the label) selecting the appropriate compatible lable size, e.g. Avery L7163.

I get no problems with alignment when i HPEprint to my other HP Office based printer which is a HP6950, however this is not the designated label printer and is only used for A4 (customer orders).

My gut feeling is that there is something within the HPeprint software that is causing the misalignement of the label printing to the M402DW printer. The print driver is up to date.

When i also print direct when on site at the office to the M402DW printer, there are no problems.
