Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5275 Multi-Function Wireless Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i am planning to buy ""HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5275 Multi-Function Wireless Printer"  but the reviews of this printer are horrible because of this error code and unformtunately HP has not been able to provide any clear reolution to this problem.

Can any one from HP let me know:

1) Has the problem of "error code 0xb8042326" been resolved with hp 5275 printer ??

2) Why does this error occur

3) Whats the resolution for this error. 

4) Has HP taken any steps to remove this error

 

Though I like the printer specifications, but i am scared of buying this printer beciase of the reviews.
