Product: HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dn

I presume that I'm being told that  Scan to E-mail has been locked is because I chose IT-managed instead of Self-managed. How do I go about changing this?

I've posted this on the Inkjet printing board, but got no response. Should I be posting this somewhere other than scanning, Faxing and Copying?
