HP LaserJet P2015d
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The print quality on my HP LaserJet P2015d is very light. I tried shaking the toner cartridge. I even replaced the cartridge with a brand new HP cartridge. It still looks faded. My Mom has a little LaserJet 1102w and her print quality is sharp and clear and deep black. I have no black, only faded greys. Everything that I have read online says that I should adjust the print density using the HP ToolBoxFX. The only problem is that this ToolBoxFX doesn't seem to run on Win 7 (64-bit). I am running the latest (2017-09-26) HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) for USB connected printers .

Also connected to my PC is a LaserJet Pro CP1525nw. This printer's ToolBoxFX is functional, but it does not recognize the P2015d printer.

Economode is deselected. How do I adjust the print density? I need to make the print darker. Is there any software that will allow me to make this adjustment? If not, is there a way for me to make this adjustment using only the controls on the printer?

Thanks in advance!
