HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a brand new printer soon as you turn it on and connect it to a computer using the USB cable it starts printing "GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml HTTP/1.1 Host: localhost" over and over

 

Solution workaround is not to connect via USB cable only WiFi or LAN, then it works fine

The printer firmware is up to date

Firmware Version

Firmware Version MALBECPP1N001.2129A.00 Built Date 2021-07-14

 

Looks like there was another printer with the same issue:
