Hi,
I am using your HP LaserJet 3015 all purpose printer. I have two Windows 10 operating systems on two different drives.
On one of the Windows 10 I have the "lj30xx_3380pcl5-en.exe" driver installed. With this "pcl 5" install I can scan from my computer using your software.
On the main Windows 10 Operating System that I use I have your upd-pcl6-x64-6.3.0.21178.exe driver installed. This "pcl 6" does not make the san option available and I have to continuously change operating systems in order to scan documents.
This is a pain in the butt!
None of your software drivers appear in Windows uninstall, so how can I uninstall the pcl 6 in order to install the pcl 5 drivers that give me all the options that I need???
Please can someone help me get this to work?
Thanks,
John
