Product: HP Laserjet Pro MFP M29w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello, I recently moved and now have a different wireless network. My printer is currently trying to to connect to the old network SSID, and I'm not able to set up it with my current SSID. When I go through the set up process on HP Smart on Windows, it tells me the USB cable is not connected, however I know that the cable works because I can print with a wired connection.
I have done some Googling, and can't figure out how to factory reset the printer, and that is my next troubleshooting step.
