I have aligned and cleaned multiple times, as well as replaced the cartridges. I cannot seem to get certain print on some documents to print clearly. When I first got the printer, it was fine. But not anymore.

Specifically, it appears to be misprinting only the print that is raster. Meanwhile, the vector text is fine. The dpi of the raster text is not the issue, I have tried with 300 dpi. It seems to be double printing that part so that the text comes out thick and ghosted-looking. It's so bad that I cannot read it.

For example, I downloaded my auto insurance card to print. The text on the page that is standard instruction (vector in a pdf) like, "Keep this card handy in your car or wallet..." prints fine and clear. But the card itself is illegible. Another example is bar codes on coupons or mailing labels – useless.

Please tell me that this can be fixed and fixed easily. It seems like a weird glitch.
