Product: ENVY Pro 6458
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Print and Scan Doctor shows the printer as selectable, but fails to communicate with it. Printer and PC are on same wireless network (well, not really since the printer keeps flashing purple and is connected to nothing).

 

How do I hard reset this printer to make it forget it was ever connected to my network? Pressing the WiFi button on the rear of the machine and holding for 5 seconds only puts it into purple flashing state, but doesn't make it discoverable on the network or by Bluetooth with the Android App.
