HI,
I created an encrypted zip debug file on my device. The file name is "SerialNum_day_month_year.jdp".
From another post on the same topic "how to retrieve the JDP logs file from HP LaserJet MFP M725" the encryption key was said to be the device serial number.
I then used the JA_Link Jedi package Decrypter tool with the serial number as the key and got "Wrong decryption key". I tried with and without the -P option, using the full filename including the date, removing the date from the filename all with the same result: Wrong decryption key.
Can you tell me if the encryption key has changed and if so what is it? I am running FS 4.8.0.
Thank you
