HP Recommended
Product: HP M452

It is difficult to remove ITB from HP M452, even following the step 9.10 "Press up on two tabs with thumbs (callout 1) and position fingers on the sheet metal on the top of the ITB (callout 2)."

 

still not able to pull it out from the printer, looks like something blocking it out, just wondering any other people having the same issue...
