Product: 4200n Laser printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I am having dificulty setting up an HP 4200n laser printer.
I have got a printout config page from the printer so I have the IP address. I have connected to my windows 10 64 bit pc with a cat 5e cable. Not sure if certain types of cable tcould be the issue.
Anyway I have tried using the driver- HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) it would not see the printer.
Then tried HP print and scan doctor which also would also not see the printer.
I have restarted both the pc and printer but this did not work.
A I using the wrong driver or is it another issue like the firewall?
Thanks,
Ben
