Product: DesignJet Z6100

Good morning,

Not too long ago we got a DJ Z6100 and when we tried to install the printer, the first time we tried to send a file this error came up:

 

Wrong file format. Printer cannot process this file. Error 61:01. 

 

I did already what HP suggest in their site, but, it did not solve our issue.

 

 

Anyone out there that can help us out?
