Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
Hp OfficeJet Pro 8170 printer stalls when printing everything and anything Except the Printer Status report. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, I’ve restored to factory settings, I’ve updated the printer, turned off and on, unplugged and restarted and reset everything.
The printer, even when printing a test page, copying, or scanning will just spin for days. There is no error message.
There is ink and paper.
Don’t know what to do.
