I have a Hp Officejet Enterprise Color  MFP x585 printer that was purchased a little over 3 months ago.  It is a direct replacement for a previous printer.  The customer only prints about 10-40 pages a day.  The printer has developed a line on the right side of the page.  The line seems to effect the black ink only.  Whenever a document is printed there is a line horizontally down the page with no ink in it.  I have ran all the printers maintenance features with no change.  I have replaced the cartridges also with no change.  When I try to check the warranty of the printer (which it should still be covered) I get that hp cannot find the product.  When I try support on the hp site I get redirected to oblivion.  Any help would greatly be appreciated.
