Product: Hp PageWide Pro MFP 477dw

We set the tray 1 to any size and in tray 2 to letter size. When we print an A4 size the printer use the tray 2 to get the paper suppose to be in tray 1 because it set to any size. How can we fix this problem? Is there any setting we need to set or change?
