Product: Hp deskjet 2652
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My HP laptop scans the printer but it says is offline, however I'm able to print from my android phone. The printer is on and I tried the app but it also says the same thing. Please let me know what else am I missing.
