Product: hP mfp m880
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi we have a printer hp enterprise laserjet Mfp m880, which was managed by our sister company  and we took over it , it was working fine and recently we need to reset it to factory settings so we can join other domain. after made factory reset i am unable to login with  default administrator  account with password  admin / blank . i tried to upgrade firmware i just keep upgrading firmware and unable to upgrade later. i tried to enter preboot   it requires password which no one has  is there a way to reset it.  thanks
