Product: HP ENVY 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After three complete nights of fiddling with this thing, I am STILL unable to find printer software which will work with my printer!  The printer connects to my wireless network properly, buy attempts to install two different sets of HP driver software have failed miserably.  I cannot recall ever having been so thoroughly frustrated by any piece of computer hardware.  My wife has a computer similar to mine which also runs on Win 10. She was able to get her computer to use our printer on her first try!

 

I have absolutely NO idea why not one of the HP driver packages I have downloaded and installed is capable of working with my printer, and I am sick and tired of wasting my time and energy with it!

 

Frankly, I no longer believe that it is actually possible to do so!
