Product: HP Deskjet 4130e

HI, I've been trying to connect my printer to my phone and laptop using the wireless feature.  I'm able to use the app and get as far as the connecting page but have been stuck on the preparing printer section for days. It says the printer has been found but the 'preparing the printer' section has been running for ages and says 'accessing network'. The network is eduroam and it states the network connection is restored but it still would't connect? I was able to use this computer at home with my home wifi so was wondering if it was a network problem or am I not connecting it properly? Thank you 🙂
