Product: HP Smart App For Windows PC

Sometimes documents get scanned upside down even when you put the document in your scanner right side up.  Here's the fix!  Scan your document(s) as normal.  If one or more pages got scanned upside down, click on "View" at the top-right of the HP Smart window. Then, click on "Edit All".  Check the box or boxes of the document(s) that are upside down. Click on the rotate button at the bottom to fix your doc(s).  Last, click "Done" at the bottom-right.  I hope this helps!
