HP LaserJet Pro MFP M-28
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This is the second HP Printer I have bought this month and I have hated both of them!!!!   I have a beloved HP Printer, but it's too big for my current desk situation, so I was seeking a smaller model.  My old one was easy to use and has lasted me for years.

But these new ones, and the directions that don't come with them, are terrible.  The first one, if you pressed "Print", you might get your printed document tomorrow!   Longest print time in history!   So I took it back.

Now this new one, the HP LaserJet Pro MFP, allows you to print downloaded documents, but doesn't allow you to print emails.   Plus the Virtual Agent is worthless with this question.  AND you can't call and speak to anyone.

Buying a new HP Printer and hooking it up to print is NOT a customer friendly experience!   I'm not sure who they are marketing to, but it's not your average person.   Buyer Beware!
