Product: Officejet Pro 8035
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a Blue screen with code 04874661 on an OfficeJet Pro 8035.

I made copies yesterday so it was working then. The printer is completely dead except for the screen which reads out the code 04874661.
