Product: HP Officejet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

I just set up my new Officejet 7100 Wide Format ePrinter. It printed a page when I first turned it on, before I installed the drivers from easystart. It will not print the test page after installation. The error message is "filter failed". I don't want to use the solution I've found on the forum that wipes out all HP drivers because I have another HP printer. HP support (virtual) does nothing but ask me the serial number over and over and then tells me to ask again later. There seems to be no way to connect with anyone human. Please help.
