I just spent hours the other night getting my printer to work at all. It had become disconnected from the network and it was a nightmare getting it reconnected.

Today I printed 4 sheets without issue. That was 10 minutes ago. I tried printing one more and it spat out a blank page instead of printing, and now it refuses to do anything. It seems like it's disconnected again or something.

Wifi is working great. Yes it's on a 2.4 network (don't get me started on that -- it used to work fine on my 5ghz network which is what I spent hours trying to fix the other day). Hopefully it goes without saying, but ink levels are all high-to-full. No blockages.

Trying to be professional but I'm about to scream. It was JUST WORKING minutes ago! I do not want to have to spend hours fixing this again. Is this a common problem? Is there a more reliable printer company out there? Is there a fix that doesn't require 20 steps every 2 days? Someone please save me.

Edit: added image of my screen.
