Product: LaserJet M477FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Having received the Advisory on the need to update printer software for select models (HPSBPI03723 rev. 1) I have gone thru updating the drivers on a Server 2008R2 and Server 2019, but suspect neither have udpated the driver software.

  • I ran Printui.exe
  • Chose the drivers tab
  • Selected the model I am working on (HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M477 PCL6 and chose properties
  • There are multiple files that make up the driver
  • When I click and obtain the properties for each file (incliding the one named driver) all have different version numbers

Can you clarify which file/s I need to inspect to determine the driver version
