I'm not sure what my operating system is exactly, all I know is it's the newest (or close to it) Windows.

I've been having this new problem where everything I print has a blue cast to it, and it almost creates a border around the image with all the blue but leaves everything elsewhere the image didn't exist white. I don't understand what's happening or even how to begin to solve the problem. This seems to only happen though whenever I save images from Photoshop & print them. Where would I even begin to change my settings if it's color management issue?

This is how it's saving & printing
