Hello again!

 

Further to the problem outlined below, I can report that my printer is now working.

 

For some reason it took 4 days for my new and genuine HP cartridge to be acknowledged as such by HP/Samsung, and then the printer sprang back into life this morning.

 I've received an Ink Cartridges Problem message, saying " One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. Install or replace the affected Cartridges".

 

I've now tried twice replacing the cartridge with two brand new HP cartridges (at £19.99 for each 364XL cartridge, it's working out expensive!!).

 

Unfortunately, the message continues to appear. I've tried disconnecting the USB cable and turning the printer on and off several times, but nothing has changed.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions what else I can do, or what might be the problem?
